The Raindance Film Festival took place in London in early October. Somehow I missed it, though, suggesting it wasn’t that well publicised, since I normally look out for these things. However, one of the features of the Festival was the Nokia Shorts competition. Basically, entrants had to squeeze a story into 15 seconds of digital memory, as if it were on a cameraphone (hence the sponsor). There are a few funny entries on the web site.
