It’s is that time again. I normally don’t get direct sunshine hitting me when I sit at my desk, bar two times during the year. That when it’s low in the sky at a certain time of day to hit the right angles and creep in between my window, and the wall of the next building across an alleyway. So it must be spring or autumn, sadly it’s the latter.
As winter approaches, and the day gets shorter, it’s rather depressing. In a couple of weeks, the clocks go back an hour, and I’ll sit at my desk just as it’s getting to home time and it’ll be dark already. Oh well. The tide will turn again in five months time.
Anyway, hope those who get SAD can battle it out over the next couple of months of decreasing daylight. After all, it’s only 70 days until Christmas…
