Sorry everyone, there’s another bug in my spreadsheet. After this afternoon’s final group matches, Italy appeared twice in the second round in the spreadsheet. Sorry to Ghana – I really didn’t mean to leave you out!
Anyway, an updated version with the mistake corrected is now posted up.
