My flatmate, Kevin, and I are duelling over who can predict the scores best in the World Cup. we started on Saturday’s matches, only that we’re currently not doing very well. Out of nine matches, only one match was predicted correctly by one of us (sadly not me). I’ve only predicted five of them correctly – to my shame, but oh, it’s been so close! Japan were leading by my scoreline until 7 minutes before the end of the game when Australia scored three past them.
Anyway, still another 53 matches to go, early days yet.
