Every lover of Hong Kong entertainment will have at one time visited one site, the Hong Kong Entertainment In Review website. However, regulars will have noticed that the website hasn’t been updated for a little while and unfortunately, there is some unhappy news behind this.
Sanney Leung, the creator behind this acclaimed website, has recently been diagnosed with nasopharynx cancer and is ill in hospital as he receives treatment for his diagnosis. A friend, John Charles, has posted more on a number of sites including on Mobius. For those who wish to send him messages, John will pass them on through mail@dighkmovies.com.
It’s never great to hear a friend diagnosed with cancer. Sim’s diagnosis had us all surprised some nine years ago. But cancer’s a strange thing, it’s comes about when you least suspect it.
Sanney, you are in our thoughts. It’s a long road, but get well soon.
