About Lest

A former strategy consultant from London, I worked at L.E.K. Consulting for nearly four and a half years, mainly in the telecommunications, healthcare and retail sectors. I now work for for Ofcom, where I run projects that look at competition issues relating to television and radio broadcasting in the UK.

Aside from work, I’m a keen Lindy hopper (a type of swing dance), and am an administrator and event organiser for the Swing Dancers of London group on facebook. Other than that my hobbies include writing this blog, badminton
, golf, cheering on Arsenal Football Club and doing my Mandarin classes.

I have also appeared on the Channel 4 / Yorkshire TV programme, Countdown, as a contestant, and hold the record for the shortest winning word in a letters round, "RUN".
